A Rough Guide to Prices
Thank you for taking a look at this rough guide, my prices are generally job specific, and depend on access, type of work required, type of materials for disposal, even the seasons of the year as longer days mean more time on the job, winter months do carry heavy discounts as work does slow down a bit.
That being said, certain jobs cannot be carried out in the rain, snow or the dark just to save money.
Either way all will be discussed on the day of the Estimate or Quote once the task has been assessed.
General Prices
It is quite difficult to put fixed prices here on my site as jobs differ in so many ways that will effect the overall price, I try my best in every circumstance to reduce prices for easy access, high value recycleable materials.
There is a minimum charge of £40.00 for labour and £20 disposal and will cover up to 2 hours
£150 a day for Garden Clearance or House Clearance and building works
£185 a day for Glass Block Installation or as Price on price work

Further disposal and Labour costs are as follows
-Garden Clearance, Minimum Charge £40.00 + £15.00 ph after first 2hrs
-Trees over 3m Hourly Rate Plus £10 per metre
-Tree stumps Hourly Rate Plus £2 per cm girth
-Waste Disposal Costs 1/2 a van £75
-Full van £150
-Van and Trailer £280
-Scrap metal If ready to go Free If not ready to go £15.00 per hour
-Jetwash From £40.00 + Hourly Rate
-Glass Block Installation Priced per job No hourly Charge
-Skip Prices
-8 yard £205
-10 yard £235
-12 yard £270
-Rubble and Heavy £120 per ton + Hourly Rate
NO Fridges, Asbestos, Chemical Waste or Stinking Orrible ****
These are rough prices and I often reduce them where at all possible, depending on the job as a whole, or where i deam time or disposal can be reduced on my part.
Don't worry if this all looks a bit confusing, I will explain clearly on the first visit
